Mike, beautiful work, as always. Like Nina, I’ve had Butternit Squash Soup with apples, but not pears. I’ll have to remedy this soon!

I’ve had some great pear and sweet potato combinations, but no butternut as of yet. I’ll have to remedy that quickly – this looks amazing.

I love butternut soup!!!! I make it often and my recipe asks for one grated granny Smith apple…it makes a difference believe it or not!!!

Butternut squash is up there with a creamy robust potato soup for me. Love the pear here Mike..it would lend an indesribable flavour.
