		<description>Lovely presentation!  Gumbo is something I have never eaten - there&#039;s something about the name!  The only okra I&#039;ve ever had is in middle eastern cooking and I wasn&#039;t a fan but who knows?  This could just change my mind - I&#039;m very fickle!</description>
