This sounds like the best use for Malta without a doubt. I’m freezing my ass off and this is the perfect thing to have right now.

Mike, this looks SO GOOD. I’m a huge fan of mole as well, and chili making is so much fun because it’s such a wonderful palate for your creativity. I have a question though – what is Malta? Is that a type of beer?

i think mole is one of the best things this side of dulce de leche, and to incorporate it into chili is a lovely idea. lovely.

Ok, the majority of those peppers and such I am almost sure that I won’t be able to find out here in the middle of nowhere. However, I am going to make a little grocery list and while I’m visiting my mom for Christmas I’m going to pick them up and make this chili. I have it bookmarked, but I really wish I had a big bowl of it in front of me!
