i made these last night :bowdown:

i modified it a bit by adding shrimp meat and grilled corn to the salsa. i served it with a side of homemade guac and it was the perfect meal.

this looks really good and the mango salsa wonderful. I love avocado on quesadillas however I would have to use imitation crab or chicken….don’t want to swell love a balloon:(

I can almost feel the creamy of the avocado, heat of peppers, cool of the mango, oh yes you got it all didn’t you.

This looks so good! You’ve reminded me that I need to mix things up a bit with my seafood. I hardly ever buy crab, but I think I’ll pick some up soon.
