I love roasted peppers &amp; roasted tomatillos, and my hubby is a huge salsa verde fan. Needless to say, we love Mexican cuisine.

I am so making this TONIGHT (I&#039;m actually excited about it,) but at this late time I may have to cheat and use one of the grocery&#039;s wonder-roast chickens (shhh, don&#039;t tell.) The rest of it I can whip up in a flash. Thanks so much for sharing!</description>
