Lydia: dark/in-bone meat should definitely fare well and a slow cooker can definitely make things interesting. Let me know how it goes! I have one (a slow cooker), but I can&#039;t recall how long its been since I&#039;ve used it...I&#039;ll have to keep it in mind in the coming recipes.
