My pumpkin gnocci (which I will now try in a week or two) involves a couple earlier steps: hauling the monster pumpkin up from the garden, attacking it with the machete, cleaning, baking...you get the picture.  We don&#039;t have Libby&#039;s... and pumpkin is pig food (along with sweet corn)</description>
