My pumpkin gnocci (which I will now try in a week or two) involves a couple earlier steps: hauling the monster pumpkin up from the garden, attacking it with the machete, cleaning, baking...you get the picture. We don't have Libby's... and pumpkin is pig food (along with sweet corn) Anything with brown butter and sage!
