And then I found this! Sounds delicious!! In fact, I already shared it with my brother, who loves to grill. I plan to test it out this weekend. Before I found this though, I was planning to use goat cheese and top with cremini or buttons mushrooms, do you think the flavors would work with your recipe? Thanks for posting this!!
